We thank you for stopping by the COGCWC site. I need to talk to you about a serious matter. My prayer is that your heart is open as I express to you the purpose of God’s plan. I want to open up the scripture to you for a moment. I want you to see the relationship that we all have between each other. The Gospel teaches us that there is “one body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God. Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and we are the body. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, is one body: so also is Christ. That there should be no schism (division) in the body; but the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.” We are all fighting against the same principalities and powers and evil forces of darkness. As believers, we have an obligation to each other. This is why I am asking for your support to help COGCWC. As you review the slides below, you can see that our Church is in need of major repairs. The cost to stabilize the cracking of the foundation is expensive and this does not include the general repairs that are also needed. As I look into the future for COGCWC, I see a new infrastructure that will support the vision that God has given the late founder and me. |
Church Foundation
In the book of II Kings, Chapter 12, during the reign of Je-ho’ash, a call was made to the people to repair the breaches. The priest Je-hoi’a-da took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it beside the altar, on the right side as one cometh into the house of the Lord: and the priests that kept the door put therein all the money that was brought into the house of the Lord. When the chest was full, the priest gave the money to the carpenters, builders, mason, and hewers. I am asking that you extend your charity of love to this ministry for the Kingdom. You can send any amount of monies to the address provided on this site. Thank you in advance for your love and support. Sincerely, Pastor Tommy Smith COGCWC
